Recently, there have been several reports of women dying shortly after going into toilets. No, nothing disgusting has happened, just gross stuff.

Many companies build unisex toilets in order to save costs and both men and women have to share a common toilet. Sometimes, men just urinate into the toilet without first lifting the seat cover and thus the seat cover would be laden with urine. Women, who need to sit on the toilet seats, often try to clean up the mess but have not been successful at all times.

Take deceased Miss Ai Si for example. She tried to clean up the mess her collegue made before her and wasn't successful. When she sat down on the toilet seat to urinate, the germs crept onto her buttocks and formed a horrible rash, which slowly spread to the rest of her body and engulfed her life.

Her collegue, Mr Pang Simi Sai, has been charged for murder and will be trailed in court tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the government has been encouraging the public to aim properly by putting up posters in MRT station toilets.
